Bid & Offer Information
- Any legitimate offer will be reviewed and presented to the Apopka City Council for award.
- The highest bid, proposed use, type of development, and development timeline, among other considerations, may be utilized by the City Council for a final decision. Any design concepts and use should be submitted with the bid package for City Council consideration. Non-residential commercial uses only.
- Bids will be reviewed as submitted and presented to City Council for review and award based on the submittal.
- The original appraisal for the 8.45 ± acre parcel was $1,267,500. Deducting 0.357 acre for additional right-of-way for realignment of Sandpiper Street reduces the saleable portion to 8.093 ± acres.
