Apopka Police Department Birthday Party Request Form

2. Party Details
   This program is offered to children 4 to 10 years old. Your child will enjoy a birthday party with officers at the Apopka Police Department. The Party Includes: decorations; a station tour; Police vehicle tour (birthday kid gets to work the lights and sirens); t-shirt; party favor bags for guests; birthday present provided by Chief McKinley and the Officers; visit by McGruff the Crime Dog; tour of SWAT vehicle and or visit from the Apopka K-9 and pictures (time permitting); cake; ice cream; and drinks.

4. Cost of party is $200. There is a maximum of 10 children. Payment must be paid in FULL before date can be reserved. Parties must be reserved with a 2 week minimum notice. Parties are hosted on Saturdays mornings. Since the parties book quickly, it is first come first serve.
