Automated Inspection
The Building Division offers the ability to schedule, view, and cancel inspections online or over the phone. This system will allow a contractor to view their inspections 24-hours a day as well as request or cancel inspections up to 6:00 a.m. the same day.
To start using the service please download and fill out the authorization form and bring it into the office at 120 E. Main Street, 2nd Floor, Apopka, Florida, 32703 or mail it to City of Apopka Building Division, P. O. Box 1229, Apopka, Florida 32704-1229. You may also fax it to 407-703-1791.
Once you have received your introductory letter with your contractor code and password, you may begin using the website by clicking here.
