Downtown Overlay Zoning

The District was established in 2006. The purpose of the Downtown Overlay Zoning District is to impose special development guidelines within the downtown development corridor to ensure consistency in the development of the proposed “Town Center” project. The overlay district provides for permitted uses and prohibition or limitations on certain uses within and adjacent to the downtown development area.
