Design Engineering
The Design Engineering Division contributes to the City's Capital Improvement Program with the design and oversight of construction of infrastructure for transportation, potable water, reclaimed water, stormwater and public facilities. The Division provides the review of all development plans relative to the Public Services Department issues, and ensure that development projects within the City occur within the framework of adopted City Code, established City policies and accepted engineering practices. The Design Engineering Division also maintains the historical records of the Public Services Department's projects.
