Fran Carlton Center Rental Information
The Fran Carlton Center, located at 11 North Forest Avenue, Apopka, 32703, is available for rent for private parties. The Fran Carlton Center auditorium is approximately 4,500 square feet of open space, with a maximum building capacity of 200 people. There are 8 foot long tables and folding chairs enough to seat approximately 125 guests. At the renters expense, additional tables and chairs may be brought in for your event. Additional tables and chairs must be removed from the facility by the close of your event.
The center has a kitchen facility that includes a sink, stove (for warming food only), microwave and refrigerator. You will, however, need to provide your own ice. There is absolutely NO ALCOHOL in the facility or parking lot areas. Smoking is also not allowed in the facility.
A $200.00 security/damage deposit is required at the time of booking your event (rental and deposit charges are subject to change). The deposit is refundable within 2-3 weeks following your event, providing there is no damage to the facility and it is left as clean as you found it. Pricing is as follows (plus tax):

Apopka Amphitheater
The Apopka Amphitheater is located at the “Fields of Fame”- Northwest Recreation Complex, 3710 Jason Dwelley Parkway, Apopka, 32712. The 223 acre complex is located west of Rock Springs Road and east of Plymouth-Sorrento Road between Ponkan Road and Kelly Park Road. The Amphitheater's band-shell covers a large stage area and fixed-seating for 1,362 people. An open-air lawn provides additional seating that will accommodate up to 5,000 people. The concession building with public restrooms and ticket box office is located nearby.
The Amphitheater is encircled with a wide, paved and well-lit walkway, which provides an excellent location for vendor/display booths on either side. Close by, there is
a large, waterfront open-air pavilion that is also available for vendor or private rentals. The park has over 1,500 paved parking spaces, and unpaved parking for overflow parking during high-volume events that provides around 3,000 additional spaces.
The Amphitheater stage is equipped with two 400 amp hook ups or lighting and one 200 amp for audio systems. There are two private dressing rooms with handicap accessible restrooms and showers.
