Important Notice: You are not required to submit a request in writing. Verbal or anonymous requests are honored as well. This form is intended to facilitate records requests accurately and timely, and to assist the City in identifying miscellaneous revenue.

Lien Search Requests
The City Clerk's office receives and coordinates a department search of various fines, fees or charges that remain unpaid by a property owner. The information is compiled into a Lien Search Report and forwarded to the requestor upon payment of a $35.00 fee.
