Code Enforcement   Print

The city’s Code Enforcement Officer helps to ensure Apopka remains a clean and beautiful city by seeking compliance with the Apopka Municipal Code. Removing of unapproved or prohibited signs, “red-tagging” unlicenced or derelict  motor vehicles, contacting property owners if their property becomes overgrown and unkempt, regulating commercial vehicles in residential areas, and notifying property owners of improper storage/parking of recreational vehicle, etc., are some of the things the Code Enforcement Officer tackles.
