Adventure Camp

Our day camp program is second to none in the Central Florida area! Your children will have so much fun; they will beg to come back for the next session. Our program follows the Orange County Public School schedule. We offer day camp programs during summer break, winter break, and spring break. Our program fills up fast and we only take a limited number of children in each age group, so be sure to call 407-703-1631 for current prices and further details.

To register Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., please visit our office located at the Northwest Recreation Complex, 3710 Jason Dwelley Parkway, Apopka, 32712. Participants may also register at the Fran Carlton Center between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday's.

Winter Adventure Camp

For current camp fees, please call 407-703-1631. There will also be additional fees for field trips. All fees including application fees, daily camp fees and trip fees must be paid at the time of registration.

City of Apopka residents may register on Monday and Tuesday, November 15 and 16, 2010. Open          registration will begin on November 17, 2010. Registration will be ongoing until all spaces have been filled. Winter Camp will run from Monday, December 20, 2010, through Thursday, December 30, 2010. Camp will not be offered on December 23, 24 or 31 due to the Christmas and New Year Holidays.

Summer Adventure Camp

Day Camp for Children Entering 1^st grade through 5^th Grade (Ages 5 to 11)

During the summer, our Day Camp hits a whole new level with various interest clubs, which are available to children at each age level. In the past we have featured clubs in Arts & Crafts, Cooking, and Outdoor Education, just to name a few. Children will have the opportunity to participate in these clubs, allowing them to experience several varying types of activities throughout the summer.

For current camp fees, please call 407-703-1631. Rates will include a movie snack each week, special event, clubs, and all field trips except for the large theme park trip at the end of the camp session. Lunch and an afternoon snack will be provided each day. Due to scheduling, we do not register for partial weeks during the summer. Since rates are all inclusive, no field trip refunds will be issued for trips not attended. A camp T-shirt is required for all field trips.

Camp will not take place on July 4th due to citywide observance of Independence Day. Summer Camp will begin on Monday, June 13, 2011.
