Fran Carlton Center Rental Information

The Fran Carlton Center, located at 11 North Forest Avenue, Apopka, 32703, is available for rent for private parties.  The rental fee is $60.00 per hour plus sales tax for City Residents and $90.00 per hour plus sales tax for Non-City Residents (residency must be verified at the time of the booking). A $200.00 security/damage deposit is required at the time of booking your event (rental and deposit charges are subject to change).  The deposit is refundable within 2 - 3 weeks following your event, providing there is no damage to the facility and it is left as clean as you found it.

The Fran Carlton Center auditorium is approximately 4,500 square feet of open space, with a maximum building capacity of 300 people.  There are 8 foot long tables and folding chairs enough to seat approximately 125 guests.  At the renters expense, additional tables and chairs may be brought in for your event.  Additional tables and chairs must be removed from the facility by the close of your event.

The center has a kitchen facility that includes a sink, stove (for warming food only), microwave and refrigerator.  You will, however, need to provide your own ice.

There is absolutely NO ALCOHOL in the facility or parking lot areas.  SMOKING is also not allowed in the facility.

Northwest Recreation Complex  Rental Information

The Northwest Recreation Complex has over 180 acres of land including 6 full sided soccer fields, 4 multi-purpose fields, 2 lacrosse fields, 2 flag football fields, 6 baseball fields, 6 softball fields, 4 tennis courts, 3 basketball courts, 4 sand volleyball courts and 4 pavilions.  These facilities are available for rent on an hourly basis or for the entire day for tournaments and special events.   All rentals are booked on a first come-first served basis.  Call 407-703-1784 for more information.

Kit Land Nelson Park Racquetball and Tennis Court Information

Kit Land Nelson Park has 2 indoor racquetball courts and 2 tennis courts available for rent.  All rentals are booked on a first come-first served basis.  Call 407-703-1784 for more information.
